Frequently Asked Questions

All our meals are transported in refrigerated vehicles at 4°C to ensure that the cold chain is never broken and the food remains safe and fresh until delivery.

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to the cut-off time (12:00 noon the day before delivery). After this time, your order is already in preparation and cannot be modified.

We cook fresh meals from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made by SEUR and take place between Tuesday and Saturday.

- Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are delivered the next day from 14:00.
- Orders placed after 12:00 are delivered the second day.

Please note: there are no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays, as we do not produce on weekends.

All our products are prepared in our own kitchen, following strict hygiene and food safety standards. We work under a process established according to the HACCP system, defined and verified by a specialized company with extensive experience in the sector.

Yes, shipping costs may apply depending on the order. However, delivery is free for all orders over 80 €. This may vary depending on the option chosen: a la carte orders or subscriptions. For more details, please refer to our shipping conditions for each type of order.
